Similar to a toothbrush, toothpaste is a tool that connects to caring for the teeth, the symbol of security and the ability to attract love and take in sustenance.

Toothpaste is more in alignment with keeping the teeth attractive and healthy, and so in a dream it represents having this ability at hand. However, like many elements of self-care, you have to use it for it to do any good.
